Year 12 Presentation Evening

Thursday, November 24th, 2005

Presentaton Evening, Graduation, Valedictory.. whatever you want to call it. That is where I have been whole of tonight - if you dont see me on msn on wed night (you know why now). Generally it was a great night as its almost well it is the last time our whole year 12 group will meet as a Carey Baptist College student and the last time we would have to wear our uniform.

Well well well. As I said before, I dont really know why I’ve not been able to type a long entry for a long period of time. I think its time to break that because I think I do have lots to say tonight. I would really like to go into every bitz and pieces of what happened tonight - sorta like plot out thw whole 4 hours but I dont think we will go there because I might end up with a 10 000 words entry and thats not funny nor fun for you to read all those bulls*** :P
I will get on with the package I’ve got given plus a few nice little awards :D haha. First when we got our individual subject awards. Hehe I was glad that I got 3 of them :D well not mentioning that 2 other ones only had 2 students in the class so its either me or him. But yeh 30 bucks voucher just like that is pretty cool! so yeh I will have photos later on with the stuff I get. Other then those awards. We got our Leavers DVD and our ref letters and those sorts of things plus a book which in this case a very interesting “Inspirational Australian Stories” haha I think I might read that before I go to bed as that might put me to sleep in 2 secs :P.. Ok ok I didnt mean it. Im sure they would be great stories in there that I would love. Honest.

I think Im losing this already. I cant be bothered typing anymore I think I’ve got enough of everything. Oh but yeh. To everyone! I love my water bottle :P Its the best tools ever! Wetting the video camera (opps - TIM! as in white! all your fault :P) oh didnt mr fraser said not to blame other people.. ok ok my bad :) ok back to wattle bottle.. best tool to wet people - ash, marcus, tiff etc. knows that very well indeed and its also a great tool to make mr errey laugh! haha..

I really can’t do this anymore. Maybe I am just too sleepy and I am currently in the cant be bothered mood but all I want to say is THANKS and THANKS and more THANKS to all the teachers and students of year 12 for being such a great group of people and all the little things you did that’ve changed everything to the better and just the bond friendship and care that exists between us. There are too much to say and words just cant describe my feelings right now.

I wish everyone all the best and good luck in the future. I know you will shine (as lesleigh said) and everyone will stop and watch you shine! Hope to see everyone soon but till then!

Take care,
Kenneth

PS: Ok lets go to my ref letter now. I think they have made HUGE HUGE HUGE!!! mistakes on them

1. ” -ME- has been a member of the CBC community since Feb 01
- cough.. excuse me.. I was still in Malaysia in 2001 - I only came to Australia in 2003

2 ” In year 12 he studied … English, Geography, History, Interactive Media and ….
- omg! since when I did english? (well thats ok) but when did I do geo? history? - i absolutely hate it so NO!!! and interactive media? I dont recall playing around with the Macs

3. and the list goes on and I just dont want to mention!

Post-Exam Life

Sunday, November 20th, 2005

Well, well, well!! I must say that I am really glad that TEE is finally over. Been working for the past 12 years for this 2 weeks! So there. Better not stuff it up or I might just cry :P but lets not go there 1st as I dont think I really want to know (even if i wanted to - i cant) until christmas.

Ah.. 3rd day of freedom.. Lots happened in these 3 days. I’ve discovered lots of things these 2 days. As much as I would like to say them all out its not always possible so yeh! we will give that a pass :)
For the comming weeks, I guess its all about the “leavers” - get drunk then die. I mean no.. everyone would be ok :D so to the school leavers here is something to remember at all times ;)
“Babies in the dark cause accidents, accidents in the dark cause babies, so keep it bright during leavers and let no accidents happen”

It would be 3 to 4 months before uni starts so thats a nice and long break to go for a nice holiday as everyone would. So!! Where is my MALAYSIA trip!? no? what?! You are kidding me!! Ah.. but unfortunately I am not going back to Malaysia I dont think.

I think I lost touch with my blog entries. I just cant think of anything to write these days. I guess its just post exam strees so I better get ova it soon!

Be safe and enjoy your holidays peopleeee!!

Take care,

Kenneth

Back for good!!

Friday, November 18th, 2005

I’m back for good now! Finally finished my TEE and thats it! How good is that? Nothing left to do with school other then presentation night. I am not going into too much detail about my TEE because.. its all over and I dont think I want to even talk about it! but of course ask me about it if u want to :) it doesnt really bother me but yeh!

You would think that I would have a rather long blog entry after 2 weeks of not being able to go on msn! You Are Wrong?! I guess.. I am just too happy that I dont know what to write anymore. I will come up with something sooner or later when I feel like it.

Till then, Take care!! Good with with the rest of you thats still doing exams!

Crazy, Funny, Energy consuming round of Golf

Thursday, November 3rd, 2005

The title might ‘ve got you wondering what is with Kenneth today :) Well I have to say golf at The Golf Club Kennedy Bay today was bit of a unique one. Didn’t get the best score - geez.. its Kennedy Bay, I would be happy if I don’t loose any ball :P but hey, I will tell you all about it in a minute

Well, woke up at 6 ish and left home around 7 - since it takes around 50 minutes to get to Kennedy Bay from my house. Arrived around 8 (yay! right on time despite the freeway roadwork). Ok this is getting boring, I will get straight to the point. Kennedy Bay not only “swallow” your ball apparently it “swallowed” my dad phone - keyword ‘apparently’ but when you get to the end of the “story” it wont be apparent anymore. So I think i lost around 10+ balls on that course (found a few and lost them again). Seriously you can see your ball land right next to that black-boy.. oops I mean GRASS TREE! and when you get there, its gone :S so that annoyed the hell out of me because it is so hard to just find balls that slice or hooked into the bush.

When we were at the 6th or 7th hole. Dad suddenly said “OH S***, I lost my phone” - thinking of the other phone he had in my bag I told him that it’s with me however it another phone that he hooked on his belt before the game. OH S***, OH CRAP! hmm PANIC! lol.. LOST PHONE?! how could that happen! so we finished that 9 and went back to the club house and asked if we could go around the course to find the phone. Lucky enough they gave us a buggy :) - for free that is! nice staff at Kennedy Bay. We went around all bushes and every possible or non-possible place that dad might have dropped it. He used my mobile to call his phone hoping that we will hear it ring. We spent around an hour or two doing that but nope! fat chance, no luck on that one. Ah well, we finally gave up and played the rest of our game - back to loosing more ball!

After being all sad and frustrated, I gave the phone a last call on our way back and it goes.. Bring -Bring…Bring-Bring…Bring-Bring…Bring-Bring… AND suddenly I heard a HELLO! lol.. its my little brother! :S Little brother @ Kennedy Bay?! how could that be possible - OH! it clicked. Dad left his phone at home and he was thinking that it was with him all along which caused us A LOT (there you go Rui - A lot :P finally) of trouble and yeah. Ended up spending the whole day at Kennedy Bay (from 8 in the morning till 4 in the arvo)

Haha.. funny? crazy? tiring? and I smelt like everything - ranging from grass to kangaroo poo to hmm you name it but I guess it was worth the money :P spent the whole day there for just 40 bucks :P
To Sean: man, Kennedy Bay is freggin tough (the bunkers are fine because they arent that hard to get out) - despite the HUGE fairway, i still manage to get my balls in the bush

Geez Rui :P no rushing.. I like to be slow and steady with these stuff (jks). I guess thats all for today, I cant even think straight now because I’m just way too tired

Take care and all the best with your studies (if you are having TEE/exam soon) and if I don’t see you before your exam, GOOD LUCK!

Kenneth
